With the Doomsday Clock the closest it has ever been and the use of nuclear weapons actually being threatened by Russia and the US, we need to do what we can to raise awareness of our cause and learn more about Yorkshire's role in international conflicts so that we can work towards avoiding a nuclear catastrophe.
On 26th September (International Day for the Total Elimination of Nuclear Weapons) peace campaigners will be doing a 6 mile walk around Fylingdales in the North York Moors. Come rain or shine, we'll be there!
The starting point will be midday at The Hole of Horcum, which is accessible by public transport via the 840 Coastliner bus from York & Leeds.

Any money raised will go towards supporting the ongoing important work of Yorkshire CND (Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament).
