Taking Santa to Where He’s Never Been!

As many of you know I have spent lots of time in South Africa over the last couple of years experiencing first hand a completely different world to the one I was lucky enough to grow up in. My eyes have been opened to the challenges and barriers that young people in SA face. Kids growing up in deprived areas have so few opportunities in their childhood yet they are the kindest, most welcoming and inspiring young people that I’ve worked with.

This year I started working with Love Sport Africa, an organisation that is providing hope and purpose in so many ways to young people within the townships of Port Elizabeth. Love Sport Africa run an annual Christmas Drive and this year is the 5th year! We’re making it bigger than ever so we can reach even more people to brighten their Christmas. With the money raised, we will provide gifts to children and families in the townships on Christmas Day, bringing light and happiness to peoples lives at such a special time of year.
