Im taking on this challenge for my bonus dad Darin Bryars. One of the best people I’ve ever known.On June 6th 2026, alongside the Happy Wee Health Club, I’ll be taking on the 15k Tough Mudder challenge — a demanding endurance event that involves running long distances while tackling obstacles designed to test strength, resilience, and teamwork. It’s going to push me physically and mentally, but it’s nothing compared to the battles so many face every day.

I’ll be raising money for Andy’s Man Club — a UK-based men’s suicide prevention charity that provides free, peer-to-peer support groups across the country. These groups offer men a safe space to talk openly about their mental health, break the stigma, and remind them that they are not alone.

Suicide is one of the leading causes of death among men, particularly in the UK. Men are statistically far less likely to speak up about their mental health struggles, often suffering in silence. Every week, too many families are left heartbroken by preventable loss — just like ours.

If sharing this, raising awareness, or taking on this challenge can help even one person speak up or feel less alone, then it’s worth every step.
