Taking Care of Our Teacher during Shelter in Place

Beloved community,
I’m reaching out to ask for your help in supporting Valerie Chafograck during these uncertain times. Her healing work in the conscious dance community has been absolutely transformative in my life and in the lives of so many. She has been deeply generous with us. Now let’s take care of our teacher!
As a self employed person Valerie is very vulnerable right now. It feels important to me that those of us who have jobs where we still receive income, and those with financial means, take care of our most vulnerable. Valerie canceled her classes even before the shelter in place went into effect because she cares about keeping her community safe.
My request is that you make a gift that would equal at least $20 per week for the next 8 weeks. That’s $160. Please give more if you’re able. This moment presents us with a powerful opportunity to take care of the artists, the healers and all the ones in our service. Let’s shine the light on our teacher and our sister.
