Hellooo!

From 24 August to 5 September, we’ll be walking the Cammino di San Benedetto: 250 km on foot through mountains, villages, and centuries of history.

We’ve decided to give this journey an extra purpose by turning it into an opportunity to support and raise awareness for two organisations that are especially close to our hearts:

Associazione BIR ODV works to protect children’s rights in Italy, Romania, and Moldova. Through its projects, BIR provides educational support, helps improve children’s living conditions, and supports the adults who guide and care for them as they grow.

Northern Lights Aid (NLA) supports refugees and asylum seekers in Kavala, Greece, providing practical assistance, creating spaces and activities for the community, and helping people access essential services.

With every kilometre we walk, we hope to make our own small contribution to the work of these two organisations. If you’d like to support us by making a donation, or even simply by sharing this fundraiser, it’ll be a little like walking alongside us.

Dal 24 agosto al 5 settembre percorreremo il Cammino di San Benedetto: 250 km a piedi tra montagne, borghi e secoli di storia.

Abbiamo deciso di dare a questo cammino un significato in più, trasformandolo in un’occasione per sostenere e far conoscere due organizzazioni che ci stanno particolarmente a cuore:

L’Associazione BIR ODV si impegna a tutelare i diritti dei bambini in Italia, Romania e Moldova. Attraverso i suoi progetti, BIR offre sostegno educativo, contribuisce a migliorare le condizioni di vita dei bambini e affianca gli adulti che li accompagnano nel loro percorso di crescita.

Northern Lights Aid (NLA) sostiene rifugiati e richiedenti asilo a Kavala, in Grecia, offrendo assistenza concreta, creando spazi e attività per la comunità e facilitando l’accesso ai servizi essenziali.

Con ogni chilometro percorso, vorremmo dare il nostro piccolo contributo al lavoro di queste due realtà. Se vi va di sostenerci con una donazione o anche semplicemente condividendo questa raccolta fondi, sarà un po’ come camminare insieme a noi.
