Take A Veteran to the Movies!

Hello Everyone,

This is Christopher Dunn-Meynell, Proud owner of the Bernardsville Cinema. Giving back to our community has been part of our Dna as a small business, ever since we reopened the theater after covid. We were approached by a kind patron about doing a little event. I never imagined, it would be our biggest success to date for our community service. Working with our local VA Hospital, to provide happiness and joy to those that served our country. Many of whom this is their first and only real outing in months. At the event, they can see a brand new release free of charge and have all the snacks they like. The event has been a massive success and we've welcomed over a 100 veterans in just our two months operation. We've had many more wanting to come, who are waiting on the waiting list but due to the budget constraints, we have had to rotate between two groups of veterans.

Our goal with this campaign is to raise enough to cover both groups being able to enjoy our theater together! All donations help cover the cost of the film, the ingredients for the snacks, and all other expenses. The veterans will never be asked to pay for anything!
