I did it guys!!!
On the 9th of July 2025, I completed a 1000 squats and over 50000 steps which works out to over 25 miles on a small unit. It took me all day but it was for a good cause. I will continue with my training, I am aiming for 500 jump squats and 100 push ups. I will be doing this to continue my support of The You Trust to help tackle domestic abuse. I will update you guys with when the next challenge starts but in the mean time please enjoy my pictures from the previous challenge. Thanks for your support and see you guys soon.
