We are tackling knifecrime and mental health. Getting kids off the streets and into free courses, workshops, internships and apprenticeships. Elevating them to higher sectors of employment.
The reason I am so passionate is because my little brother was stabbed when he was 17 years old. Thank God he has made it out, and the organisation has now helped him complete university. As you know the government are doing no where near enough to support initiatives like this, and since the pandemic they have cut our funding. So we are just on a fundraising initiative, not after a sign up or direct debit, just raising one off contributions. Whatever you deem appropriate to help tackle the knife crime and fund these workshops we are running to rehabilitate these kids.
We are also running a boxing workshop as it is good for the mental health, teaches discipline and is also a good way for them to channel their inner aggression.
The reason we are out here today is because on Saturday a 13 year old boy was stabbed and killed. 13 years old, they’re just getting younger and younger. So we’re doing as much as we can to raise awareness, raise funding and deter other young kids from meeting the same fate. Please show some support with a one off contribution❤️
