Holland Park School Charity Week is supporting RESTART, a charity in Kensington and Chelsea that helps people who don’t have a home. RESTART provides food, clothes and a safe place where people can get support and advice.

Charity Week helps students understand why it is important to care about others and support people who are struggling. It is closely linked to our school value of Respect — treating everyone with kindness, empathy and understanding, and recognising the dignity and worth of every person.

Charity Week also encourages Aspiration (wanting to make the world a better place) and Integrity (doing the right thing), but its main purpose is to show respect and compassion for people who are less fortunate.

We kindly ask all parents and carers to support Charity Week by encouraging their children to take part and, where possible, by making a small donation. Every contribution, no matter how small, helps RESTART provide vital food, clothing and support to people in our local community who need it most.

Together, we can show our students that kindness, respect and compassion are not just words, but values we live by.
