Help Benoît to purchase safer Tools!

Our beloved carpenter, Benoit, has been helping with our French chateau restoration projects, but had an accident recently due to his equipment lacking modern safety technology. He required 50 stitches to a devastating injury after his hand was pulled into an old table saw. Luckily, this injury is said to heal correctly, however, we are concerned about his safety for when he returns to work.

New professional table saws include protective guide systems and blade covers for injury prevention. These protective table saws would have prevented this type of incident. With your contribution we can all rest assured that Benoit can continue crafting his art and sharing his master carpentry skills and humour, without the danger of this happening again.

Benoit’s craft is his passion and we want to help bring him back to carpentry with a safer workspace. Your contributions will go directly to purchasing safe equipment for his atelier.

The fundraiser is doing so well that we are getting more ambitious, we are now trying to help Benoit completely modernize his workshop with safer, modern tools replacing his vintage equipement and an dust extraction system, including a table saw, milling table (which cut off half of his finger a couple of years ago) band saw a series of smaller tools and accessories. Part of the collected funds could also help him out during the time he's not able to work. We set the new goal to 50.000. Can we reach it?

This is truly a life changing moment for Benoît, he's completely blown away by the support and love he's recieving, never in our wildest dreams did we think we would recieve so many generous donations.
