Help Bring Kendra’s Niece Home

My name is Denee’. This fundraiser is on behalf of Kendra Daley and her niece. If you know either of them, you are well aware of their situation. Her niece was in the care of her aunt Kiki for almost 2 years, by the father’s choice. He has constantly battled with sobriety and picked Kendra to care for his daughter for her own mental and physical safety. He was self aware enough to know he was not able to care for her most basic needs as a parent. Her niece was recently removed from the house that she called home by the police with no notice. Her father, who remains unstable, revoked the guardianship from Kendra. At this time, her niece is in the care of her father and has communicated that the current living situation is not a safe environment for her. She has expressed that she is not comfortable in this home. The niece is currently residing in a home with individuals that have proven to be toxic, both mentally and physically.

In an effort to get her niece back into Kendra’s safe home, Kendra was advised to dismiss the guardianship case and move onto family court for custody. Unfortunately, with legal cases of this nature, the lawyer can become costly. Please consider donating to help bring the niece home.
