Hello, my name is Cassidy Vazquez, and I am making this fundraiser to ask for help for my husband Jesus and our 4 precious children, ages 3 months to 8 years. Jesus and I were teenage sweethearts, and he has been our rock and provider while I'm a stay-at-home mom. On 11/25/2025, Jesus went to his routine, yearly appointment at the immigration office that he’s gone to two years in a row, required to keep up his status and work towards American citizenship. He considers himself an American, and until the age of 15, he didn't even know that he was brought to the US at the age of 2 months, as his mother had gone to her sick mother in Mexico before he was born. While the kids and I waited in the car, ICE showed up and detained Jesus at the immigration office in Dallas, TX. Every night since then, our babies have gone to sleep without their papa, and they have cried for him to come back, not understanding what has happened to him. I am really not the type to ask for help, but what mother doesn't want to help her children? They have so many needs, which are impossible for me to meet alone, even though I am trying to be everything to my kids. And of course, I want to do absolutely everything possible to bring Jesus home!
This fundraiser is meant to help us with the essentials that Jesus can't provide until he comes home - rent, food, gas, clothing, childcare - as well as legal assistance to help bring him home.
