I’m the son of a wonder set of parents,James & Glenda Rhoads

In the blink of an eye, my parents lost the place they worked their entire lives to call home.

Their house wasn’t just four walls and a roof—it was where holidays were celebrated, where family gathered, and where countless memories were made. They worked hard for years to build a stable, loving home, and everything inside it was taken away by a sudden fire.

Thankfully, everyone is physically safe, but they are starting over from nothing. Right now, they are facing the overwhelming task of finding housing, replacing basic necessities, and rebuilding a sense of normalcy after this devastating loss.

I’m starting this GoFundMe to help my parents get back on their feet and work toward having a place to call home again. Any donation—no matter the size—will go directly toward housing costs, essential items, and rebuilding their lives.
