Eagle Scout Project For St. Benedict Music Garden

Hi, my name is Andrew Rodriguez. I am a Life Scout (17 years old) in Troop 476 out of Montebello, CA. I have been in Scouting since I was in 1st Grade at St. Benedict School. I am looking for your help in raising $3,150 to revitalize one of the gardens at St. Benedict.

What Inspired my Project

I was volunteering one day at St. Benedict School and happened to walk the garden. The garden is in an abandoned state with broken benches, the grass is overrun by weeds, and there are no tables where one can sit and enjoy a peaceful meal. I thought it would be a great idea to replace the benches, plant new grass, and place some nice picnic tables where teachers and community groups can enjoy the area.

How the Funds will be Used

The beneficiary of my Eagle project is St. Benedict Church. My project is to replace the benches, plant new grass, and place some nice picnic tables. Your generous donations will be used to purchase the supplies and equipment needed to revitalize the garden. Any excess funds will be donated to St. Benedict Church.
