Alzheimer's Society

Four years ago, my mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and Dementia. It's been a huge challenge for me and my family to witness the gradual decline of someone we all love so dearly.

In addition to my mum's journey, like all of us we have lost family and friends to this cruel disease. To support the Alzheimer's Society charity and contribute to finding a cure, I've decided to do a PRACHUTE JUMP on August 4th .
