This GoFundMe fund was created in the effort to identify and convict those involved in Matt’s murder. His murder remains unsolved. Sadly, we are approaching the one-year of his passing.

We have raised nearly $7K (direct donations and Go Fund Me donations) for the reward fund in the effort to identify and convict those involved in Matt’s murder.

On March 7, 2021, Matt was senselessly shot at 5:53 pm while sitting in his car getting ready to leave a fundraiser event for a dear friend who passed away from Covid. That day, he worked a full shift at his job and came to the fundraiser to help. The day Matthew passed, he was surrounded by his closest friends.

Matt never passed judgment on anyone. No one can recall him ever saying anything hurtful or negative about anyone. He wasn’t one to make enemies or make anyone mad. Matt was generous, creative, artistic, kindhearted, and thoughtful. He came from a loving and close family and leaves behind two beautiful teenagers..
