Our Journey to Parenthood

Dear family and friends

We are the Hurtado's. We are a military family stationed in Arizona. We have been happily married for 4 years. We have been trying to start our family for over 2 years and we cannot get pregnant "normally".  We have tried and tried and still no baby. Unfortunately our insurance Tricare, does not cover infertility procedures or medications. Anyone who has gone through infertility knows its a hard journey. It is draining on all levels, emotionally, physically, and financially exhausting.

We recently payed for Intrauterine insemination (IUI) and that was NOT successful which left us heart broken and emotionally drained.

Our doctor recommended a procedure called In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) which is one of several techniques available to help people with fertility problems have a baby. The entire process will be very expensive. It is not easy for us to ask for help, especially with something so personal.

Our ultimate goal is to start a family. Please help us make our family complete and ease our financial burden. We will not give up hope.
