Synth Library NYC is a vital resource for New Yorkers to gain free access to music technology. Through our lending library of electronic instruments, workshops and synth activations, we are helping people get hands-on experience with expensive musical equipment and educational opportunities to build their skills. Amazingly, we do all this on 100% volunteer effort!

Synth Library NYC has grown dramatically since its launch in 2021. Over 900 people now use our library, plus an additional 400+ participate in our synth activations and workshops each year. With this expanded reach, we really need help to meet our expenses. Plus, we've got our eyes on the future and have big plans for new programming.

All funds will be directed to the Synth Library NYC account within our tax-exempt 501c3 partner, Powrplnt, inc. Powrplnt is a NYC-based non-profit that helped to incubate Synth Library NYC in 2021 and accepts tax deductible donations and grants on behalf of Synth Library NYC.
