Hi All!
We're keeping crew meals at SynCity simple this year.
A small crew are going to cook for everyone as a way to bring us all together.
The details:
- One meal on Thursday just before go time
- One meal on Sunday evening to unwind
- Vegan and gluten free options
- Served in the The Lounge
- Bring your own plate, bowl and cutlery
- Sorry, no washing up facilities provided
- Crew only (people on the spreadsheet etc) This includes core SynCity, Kraken, Coco, PBD etc
- We're aiming for an abundance and there will probably be leftovers already...
- but, feel free to contribute extra food if you feel called to gift something!
We're estimating costs at about $5 per person, per meal, and the camp budget can't cover it. So were asking $10 per person. But feel free to donate more to help get us across the line. Any extra funds will go into the SynCity account.
