Sydney to Melbourne in memory of Hannah

My name is Andrew. Just over a year ago my daughter, Hannah, took her own life. The circumstances leading up to this tragic occurrence have left me with a determination to ensure that other people with serious mental health challenges don't fall between the cracks in our health system.

This ride is both to honour and remember Hannah, and to help make a small contribution by increasing awareness of the increasing need for mental health support, and to raise some funds to help facilitate some of those much needed changes.

As Margaret Mead, the US anthropologist, famously said: "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has."
