Fund our van! Sword Tidy Towns Appeal

This is an opportunity for the people of Swords to show their appreciation for all the hard work done by Swords Tidy Town in keeping the town looking so well with flowers all year round , footpaths clear of weeds and numerous other projects that earned us a Gold Medal in the countrywide Tidy Towns competition last year and also a Green Flag award for the Rock Garden on Rathbeale Road.

Swords Tidy Town have received sponsorship from Windsor Motors to put an electric van on the road to aid with moving all the equipment necessary to keep the town and surrounding area looking so well. To avail of this generous offer from Windsor motors we need a sum of €5000 for insurance to keep the van on the road for a year .

I'm sure you have seen the team out every Saturday morning come rain or shine carry out the maintenance to keep it looking good so it would be great if you could contribute to this project, no amount to small or large.

Thank you for your support!
