On March 4th the swim team will be doing our annual Blue vs Yellow Ironman fundraiser event.

An Ironman is a crazy long race of a 3.8km swim, 180km cycle, and a 42.2km run.

We will be racing this year to raise money for our two amazing mental health charities: Change Mental Health (https://changemh.org/who-we-are/), and Play Therapy Base (https://www.playtherapybase.co.uk).

We are extremely grateful for any and all donations to our amazing charities!!
