SWIMSCHOOL’S SPONSORED SWIM 2025

Giving back matters! One of the things closest to our hearts at SwimSchool is giving back to the community.

Thanks for supporting our fundraising. This year we have chosen to raise money for THREE chosen charities! Ted’s Journey- Be More Ted, The East Lancs Hospice and Manchester Christie’s Charity.

Megan and Joanne have taken on the GREAT NORTJ SWIM challenge of swimming 1 mile in Lake Windermere on Sunday 12th June.

As well as the challenge of The Great North Swim, we would love the children to be involved and participate in their own sponsored swim. The sponsored swims will take place during the week of: Monday 23rd June - Saturday 28th June 2025. Lessons will be as usual- so no difference to lesson times (unless told otherwise). The children will complete as many lengths as they can within their 30-minute lesson. We will tally up the total number of lengths that all the children swim across the week and provide a GRAND TOTAL! 50% of lesson fees for that week will be donated by Megan and Joanne to the GoFundMe page, which is linked below.

Alike our last charity event, we are holding a tombola to raise even more money for our THREE chosen charities! We would massively appreciate if anyone who has a small business would be able to donate something for our tombola, to help such a worthy cause.
