Hi, I’m Ben Frances.

I am raising money for Motor Neurone Disease (MND) in honour of my dad, Brett Frances, who sadly passed away in December.

Dad was the strongest person I’ve ever known. MND took so much from him, but it never took his spirit. Watching him face this cruel disease with such courage and dignity changed my life and now I want to do something to help others going through the same.

To raise money, I’ll be swimming 6 kilometres throughout May - a challenge that means a lot to me both physically and mentally.

Every donation, no matter how small, helps fund research, support families and brings us closer to a cure.
