After My Partner Jaz was diagnosed with a rare heart condition Idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension we felt scared and uncertain of what the future looked like . Thankfully the Royal Brompton are overwhelming knowledgeable being specialists in this field , they have given us so much help and support even though Jaz's condition can't be cured the Royal Brompton continue to slow down the progression of IPAH with life saving ongoing treatment , giving us more time together and with our children .
