A Triathlon Like No Other
Swim. Sing. Run... Repeat!
This summer, Blokes Who Sing are diving headfirst into a challenge that’s as bold as it is bonkers — and it’s all in the name of men’s wellbeing and saving lives at sea.
We're calling it Swim, Sing, Run, and it’s a triathlon with a twist:
Swimming
Singing
Running
…on repeat, for 10 hours straight.
Why?
Because mental health matters.
Because singing together saves us.
Because the RNLI saves others.
We're raising vital funds for:
Blokes Who Sing – a men’s community choir that uses singing to support mental wellbeing.
RNLI Plymouth Lifeboat Station – the incredible volunteers who risk their lives to keep our coast safe, of which one is a crew-member of Blokes Who Sing.
All money raised will be split 50/50 between these two life-affirming causes.
The Challenge:
Location: Plymouth Hoe
Date: Saturday 30th August, 2025
Time and Duration: 10 hours non-stop, from 8am -6pm
Finale Concert: 6:30pm
To round off this epic endurance event, Blokes Who Sing will deliver a powerful 40-minute live concert at The Terrace on Plymouth Hoe — free, joyful, and open to all.
Come down, cheer us on.
