My cousin Milly was diagnosed with a brain tumour in February this year. After 4 operations, fighting off meningitis and abscess she is recovering well. Due to how invasive the operations were she had lost movement in some of her limbs and her speech was impaired.

Milly is one of the strongest and most optimistic people I know. I am so proud of her and the support and love her family have shown is incredible. They've put their lives on hold to help. Milly has recently moved into a physical rehab centre where she is relearning essential skills.

I will be doing a 70.3/ half ironman triathlon on 21st July. This consists of:

1.9km lake swim

90km bike

21km run

This is more than double what I've done before and a big step up. I've been training hard and putting in the hours. I'm raising money to help with Milly's rehab. Anything you can spare would be gratefully received.
