Lindsay and Chris are an amazing  loving couple with so much love in their hearts. Chris is a wonderful loving husband who works hard for his family while Lindsay  is an amazing woman and dedicated teacher who loves kids. They wanted nothing more in the world than to be parents. After years of trying to become parents, the joyous day finally arrived! October 18th  at 10:28pm they were finally blessed with their beautiful daughter Ella.


 The nights were long, but their hearts were full. Other than being extremely tired, life was beautiful and perfect. What was so perfect changed in an instant, with  a sudden visit to the doctor. Lindsay and Chris’s lives would be changed forever. Their world was shaken to the core to find out that their sweet little Ella, was in fact a very sick little baby. The wonderful  St. Catharines general hospital team quickly rushed Ella to McMaster where she underwent an extensive emergency surgery to save her life. Ella was bleeding internally and was hanging on to life.


After a four hour surgery, and many unanswered questions,  the doctors and specialists were floored by Ella’s incredible strength and will to live. The doctors described this one month old little girl as a miracle. The doctors are not sure what happened, or why it happened but they do know that Ella is a fighter. In the process of learning more about Ella’s unique case Lindsay and Chris’s lives have been entirely uprooted.


We are looking to help support this beautiful family by helping out in any way possible and relieving some of their added stresses. We would like to raise funds for: living and travel as they wait patiently for answers and healing of their sweet girl. We are looking to raise $1500.00 anything helps and is greatly appreciated.
