Sweet 15 Stolen

Words can't express how sad I am that my family has been scammed.  I thought maybe they hadn't taken appropriate precautions, but then I learned that this "alleged" person had also stolen thousands of dollars from schools in Puerto Rico.   The alleged person is being sought by police and appeared on the news tonight, but even if he gets caught and charged, that doesn't give my niece her sweet 15 party back.
