Hi my name is Claire and I will be running the Admiral Swansea Bay 10K on Sunday 14th September 2025. I have never run as far as 10K so it is going to be a challenge for me but I am getting the training in for this excellent cause.

I am raising funds for Swansea MENCAP Charity No. 1190142 based at Friendship House, John Street, Swansea, SA1 1NT.

Swansea MENCAP at Friendship House is a welcoming club where people with learning disabilities can come together a couple of times a week to socialise, build friendships, and take part in fun activities.

Friendship House is run entirely by volunteers who give their time and energy to this on a regular basis.

Every donation will help keep this fantastic club going and is very much appreciated.
