Mt Kilimanjaro Climb Raising Funds For Swan Centre

On February 17th i'll be flying to Tanzania to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. Africa's highest free standing mountain at 5985m.

Our group will be trekking up over 5 days to reach the summit and then it will take us 3 days to come back down.

I initially signed up for this experience as a personal challenge for myself, however as the date draws closer I wanted to take this opportunity to raise money for a cause that's close to my heart - supporting women with their mental health.

Swan Women's Centre is a centre in Liverpool that is completely free and run entirely by volunteers.

It is a safe space for women & girls aged 13+ to go and receive therapy, counselling or attend support groups if they are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression or anything else that is causing them to struggle with their mental health.

Any money raised will go directly to the centre which will allow for more women to receive the FREE counselling, courses and therapies they need to empower themselves and transform their lives.
