Help us find safety ASAP

You can change my whole life with your kindness and support
Every dollar counts and could help save a life
My name is Aya, I am 20 years old. I live with my married brother and his children, and my father who was injured in the war and suffers from burns. Before the war, I was studying Information Technology at the Islamic University. I had dreams, goals, and a future I was working hard for, but everything changed on October 7, 2023.
The Israeli occupation completely destroyed my university.
My home, our only refuge, was bombed as well.
I lost everything—my room, study desk, laptop, and books.
Since that day, my life has turned upside down.
I’m no longer focused on education; survival and helping my family survive is my priority.
We have been displaced multiple times, living with fear, hunger, and no stability.

The psychological pain is hard to describe.
Losing our home, running from airstrikes, and waking up each day uncertain of what will happen next has destroyed any sense of safety.
I’m not sharing this for pity.
I share because I still believe in hope.
I want to continue my studies, rebuild what I lost, and support my family—but I can’t do it alone.
My family and I are completely exhausted. We are currently living in a tent that offers no protection from the freezing cold or the scorching sun. I never imagined I would ever find myself in such a situation. We are also facing a severe shortage of food and essential supplies due to the closure of the border crossings. We may have to flee to the southern part of Gaza at any moment, as we live in the north, and the situation there has become so dangerous that evacuation is imminent.

My brother was injured in the war and now has severed tendons in his hand. There is no medical equipment to help him heal or relieve his pain. I feel helpless and unable to do anything for him.

We have run out of even the last bag of flour, and with the borders closed and prices skyrocketing, survival has become a daily struggle. A single bag of flour now costs $600, which is an outrageous amount. It breaks my heart to see the children suffering from hunger and I feel helpless to do anything about it.
All I want now is for my family to be safe from the constant danger and threat, and for me to be able to resume my university studies, which were abruptly halted in Gaza with no hope of returning. I want to be able to help my family and my people one day and to achieve my dreams.
I can't shake this nightmare. I've tried time and time again, hoping it was just a bad dream.
How will these funds be used? Please bear with me. I have a future ahead of me, and I want to complete my university studies and build a decent life for myself.
My dear friend Adam in the United States is collecting donations and transferring them directly to me via the Palestinian Bank app. I need this support now to escape certain death in northern Gaza, to buy food and medicine, and to cover our basic needs to survive.
I want a safe and stable home, and to save some money for after this nightmare ends, so I can move forward, travel, and rebuild what's left of my life.
• $15,000 will be used for tuition fees.
• $60,000 will be used to rebuild a new home.
• $10,000 will be used to cover basic monthly expenses.
Prices are extremely high, and I can't survive in these conditions.
Finally, thank you for your continued support for me and my family. I am grateful to all of you, my dear friends, and I hope you will continue to support us until this devastating war ends.
