Suzanne Gutierrez

Suzanne’s children lost their mother on March 23. Let’s keep her dreams for them alive by supporting the ongoing education of her two youngest kids. Her daughter Ava, 18, is currently a freshman at UTSA on a scholarship and is a straight-A student, like her mother. Her youngest son, Paul, 13, will be starting high school in the fall. Paul is also an A-student and plays many sports at school. Nothing mattered more to Suzanne than her children. Although she won’t be there to see them graduate, her love for them is endless. Suzanne endured her five-year battle with cancer with calm and faithful resolve, unrelenting determination and quiet grace. With Christ by her side, her time of departure was at hand. She fought the good fight, she finished the race and she kept the faith. Suzanne lived with conviction to her values, with love, charity, and hope.
