Purpose: To build sustainable, off-the-grid living for the music & arts community to prosper and thrive and to provide an art and music venue for their expression and healing using repurposed materials. Residents will share in the income generated from the community while contributing to the growth.
Performance Venue: The freedom to express oneself creatively is the ultimate goal of an ARTIST. Whether musical or fine, it is the bain of their existence. In the year 2020 and into 2021, the Artist has been hurt the most by not being able to publicly perform or show their works. Sustenance will give them life to freely express themselves at all times no matter what the circumstances.
Healing: Practitioners will have a sustainable home to promote healing for the mind, body, and spirit!
Farming: What we put in our bodies is very important. The old adage “You are what YOU eat,” couldn’t be more true. Food is sustenance. Knowing how your food is grown and cultivated is fast becoming the single most important thing in terms of sustenance! We will organically grow and cultivate our food in the community.
Camping: With the current state of the world getting out into clean air and beautiful settings is the best therapy. Sustenance will have available campgrounds as well as permanent land for alternative housing.

PHASE 1: We purchased 2.5 acres of land in June, 12 2021 at a cost of $5,200.
PHASE 2: Grade the land in preparation for camping and events ($1.000)
PHASE 3: Commision ART installations depicting healing through music ($4,000).
