Sustainable Pad Project

In my short career, I have had the incredibly eye opening experience of traveling the world and learning about the injustices suffered by young women and children in developing nations. Through my research I have found that the issue of menstruation has limited girls access to education and gender equality. The lack of reproductive health education around the world has created harsh and unacceptable behaviors and stigmas concerning menstrual health that need to be addressed and changed. I have created this Sustainable Pad Project to raise funds and awareness of this issue in order to implement change. With your support I plan to travel to a low-income country to deliver sustainable pads and have an open conversation with women and children about reproductive health and empowering females in their community.
