The more I searched, the more I realized that this gap in the housing market was leaving behind not just veterans like myself, but also blue collar workers, civil servants, and countless disabled Americans who deserve better.

This realization became the foundation for Isaiah6 LLC, a veteran-owned real estate development company dedicated to creating high-quality, accessible homes. Our vision is to acquire land and build beautiful, sustainable residences that people can be proud of—homes that don’t harm the environment and are easy on monthly budgets. Every design includes features like solar power, geothermal radiant heating and cooling, and renewable materials such as bamboo, all with the goal of reducing long-term utility costs and supporting a healthier planet.
