Indeed, the two photos above are of them standing outside their soon-to-be restaurant in Amsterdam. However, despite their saving over the last decade for this exact moment, they are short about €5,000, have exhausted all loan options, and have less than a week left to secure this funding before they lose the opportunity to become operational this month. Let's make sure they get those keys next week! (And let's also make sure they can still eat and pay rent before they officially open!)

Susie and Fabio met as young teens in Naples, Italy, and have been traveling the world together and bettering the lives of those around them ever since. Married for six years, they have lived together on two continents, in four countries and five cities. Susie is a true Renaissance woman, holding advanced degrees in both neuroscience and international business and, most recently, a coaching certification. Fabio is an accomplished chef and an authentic Neapolitan Pizzaiolo, trained in making traditional (and dare we say life-changing) Neapolitan pizzas for nearly ten years. They welcome all around their table and have a knack for giving others a "home away from home". Susie and Fabio are two of the most generous, warm, and kindest humans ever to grace this earth - truly to know them is to know love.
