Survivors of domestic and economic abuse
Do you want to join us in making a difference? I'm the founder of the Centre for Women's Economic Safety. This Economic Abuse Awareness Day (26 November 2024), we're holding a free webinar with three other small charities that support women recovering from economic abuse and domestic and family violence.
We invite attendees to donate to our cause. Every dollar we raise through this campaign up to $5,000 will be matched by AMP Foundation and the proceeds shared between all four charities:
The Centre for Women’s Economic Safety (CWES) supports women experiencing economic abuse through direct support, education and advocacy for systems change to improve women’s economic safety.
Arise Foundation focuses on the empowerment and financial freedom of survivors of financial abuse through no-interest loans, employment training and job placement, wrap-around support services and advocacy.
Mettle Women is a non-profit social enterprise that employs, trains and financially empowers those experiencing homelessness as a result of domestic & family violence. 100% of profits go towards creating safe futures for victim-survivors.
Humans of Purpose Academy teaches life and work skills to women and non-binary people recovering from domestic and family violence (embedded in best practice trauma recovery) enabling them to take up safe, flexible and secure work.
