Residents of herne bay would have noticed our nations national flag flying high and proud from most lamppost in the town over the last few weeks.

This is in surrport of the nationwide movement #raisetheflag to stand up and fight back.

We have had so much surrport in this and so many positive comments via social media and even people stopping to talk to the team working long hours in the night to put these flags up.

Unfortunately the flags , cable ties , ladders , and vans to move the equipment does not come cheap.

So far the costs of this have been footed mainly by a few patriotic guys in the bay But just in the last 3 days the cost of 400 additional flags cable ties ect has exceeded £500 , and this is not including the hard labour and late nights these guys are doing.

We are asking the patriotic people of herne bay to stand up with us and surrport this cause any donations are appreciated.
