Who is your secret Valentine? :You know - one or more of the people in Index you've got so much love for, and you want a special valentines day surprise? You know who we are talking about - it could be your best friend, brother or sister, one of the old timers on a fixed income, or maybe that super sweet 5’5” brunette with wavy hair and big sunglasses! -Your valentine is someone special, that goes over the top for you, is an outstanding employee, a dear friend, your wife or neighbor or an awesome person you know.

Send them a gift at something otherwise unattainable and at the same time help raise much needed $$ for the INDEX ARTS FESTIVAL! The money from proceeds will help make the Arts Fest more sustainable and less stressful for years to come!

The old team at SkyOut has rebuilt an astonishing, almost priceless, Super Sweet, modernized and classic, 1974 Harley Davidson Electric Golf Cart. Golf carts are very sought after in Index and this one could be you or your valentine’s for only $20 per ticket - there are only 350 tickets available. The drawing will be held at the next fundraising dinner after all tickets have sold. Their goal is to raise at least $3500 to donate to the Arts Fest and pay for some parts and do it again next year!.

Email [email redacted] - a third party - to arrange for payment and delivery of the most awesome (way better than chocolate) gift and donation. We will hand deliver the tickets to your special person(s). It can be anonymous or signed. You can purchase as many as you want, for as many people as you want! Remember, the recipient must be you or your valentine that lives in Index, WA.

Finally I would like to thank the team that helped make this fundraiser a reality. They have volunteered more than a hundred hours of research, design, sourcing, building, fabricating, and patience. to make this very unique machine, certain to be a lasting legacy!
