Felipe Leal was a beloved member of the track community and a coach and mentor to so many new riders through Evolve’s GT1 class. His passing was a devastating and tragic loss to his family and the entire community. Three years after his passing, I came across his R6 and felt it would not be right to let all his bikes get sold out, so I bought it for $4,000 sight unseen.

I think there is one person this bike should belong to, and that is Felipe Jr. After his father’s passing, Junior was unable to collect any of his fathers belongings left behind. I wish I could afford to just give it away, but that is not the case. I am hoping the community can pull together and help bring up the money to get this bike to California and in Junior’s life as a surprise to him.

I am putting up the first $1,000 and hoping to raise the remaining $3,000 to cover the cost of the bike. Anything over this goal will go towards transport from FL to CA, new tires, and new motor to help Junior get this bike back up and riding as Felipe would have wanted.

Anything and everything helps- lets make this happen for Junior.
