I auditioned for the Franco-American Vocal Academy Summer Program, and I was offered the role of Calchas, the lead bass in the opera La Belle Helene.
Through my audition I received a scholarship worth $2,075 covering half of the tuition.
The program is from July 1st through August 16th (3 weeks in Paris, 3 in Perigueux).
I am promised at least 2 performances, 2 recitals/concerts, master classes, role preparation, voice coaching, career building, and learning French.
However, I am a broke, full-time college student who can only work so much with my 7 class schedule. 
I am asking for any size donation even if it's just $5, because if a lot of people donate, it can really add up. The due date is June 16th.
