In the heart of New York City, queer and immigrant communities face unique challenges, navigating identity, leadership, and resilience in a world that doesn’t always see or support them.

At Global Alliance for Queer Leaders (GAQL), we are creating spaces where these voices are not only heard but celebrated.

Through our Healing of Healers sessions, virtual gatherings, and community conversations, we bring together LGBTQI+ youth, TGNC individuals, and queer immigrants from across New York to share their stories, learn coping strategies, grow their business

and grow as leaders.

These sessions are more than healing, they’re about building confidence, fostering leadership, and nurturing the next generation of changemakers in our city.

Every conversation, every session, every connection helps strengthen the resilience and leadership of New York’s queer communities.
