Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, is a devastating and relentless illness. It gradually takes away muscle control making it harder to walk, speak, eat, and eventually breathe while the mind and spirit remain fully aware. There is no cure, and families facing ALS are left navigating enormous physical, emotional, and financial challenges.

Our dad, Husband and Grandparent. Casey, is now facing this battle. Casey has always been the kind of person who shows up for others. He’s a man of strength, grit, and quiet generosity the type who works hard, loves his family deeply. Those who know him can attest to his sense of humor, his perseverance, and his strong faith in the Lord. Now, it’s our turn to show up for him.

ALS brings many unexpected costs: medical care, mobility equipment, home modifications, and ongoing daily needs that insurance simply does not cover.
