Supporting the Tidwells

2 years ago when we moved to Georgia we didn’t have a lot figured out, we barely knew where we were going to live, and we certainly didn’t know anyone. As fate would have it we were incredibly fortunate to meet the Tidwell’s, Shane and Cynthia. The Tidwell’s are as good as they come. Within a week of meeting them they’d invited us to a bbq, introduced us to a wonderful community of neighbors, and helped us find our forever home here in Georgia. This family embodies what great friends and neighbors are. They were there when we needed friends, a home, childcare, a cup of sugar, medicine, and a ride home from the ER. Early Saturday we were devastated to find out that Shane had passed away unexpectedly Friday evening. 


We are fundraising to support this incredible family in their unexpected time of need because we already know they would have done the same for us. Shane leaves behind 3 young children in addition to his wife Cynthia and we want to help offset funeral expenses, put money into the kids college funds, and help with any other immediate expenses.
