Supporting the Meyers Family

Jennifer and Mark Meyers have three beautiful children through adoption.  Recently Selena, a shaken baby survivor, has become ill.  In the past few months Selena has been in and out of the hospital and has had several doctors appointments. In early June, Selena was sent to a Rockford hospital and stayed two weeks before being transferred to a children's hospital in Chicago because her medical needs are so complicated.   Selena currently continues to be treated for multiple health issues and will remain in the hospital with Jennifer at her side, until she is healthy enough to return home.  Meanwhile Mark and the boys continue to send love and support from three hours away.   

The Meyers family is thankful for everyone's support and prayers during this difficult time.  As you can imagine, driving to Chicago, parking at the hospital, and paying for meals can add up quickly.  By giving to this family,  it will help ease some of the financial burden of travel and food expenses.   Mark visits Chicago whenever he is able, but the hospital rules don't allow the boys to visit.  This means more travel is involved because the boys spend time with family and friends.
