Supporting TaraDawn Chaisson

Hi, Christa here and I’m finding it difficult to use words to discrible the level of loss my sister, TaraDawn is experiencing at this time.

TaraDawns three sons and close family friend were in a horrific accident on December 8th, 2023. This was caused by a drunk driver while they were on route to their youth group in PEI.

TaraDawn lost her first born son Isaiah (18) and her youngest son, Elijah(12) and family friend, Laura(18) in the blink of an eye.

TaraDawns third son, Micah was trapped in the car and is now in the NICU at the IWK Halifax. He’s fighting for his life. With all the love and prayers he is going to make it. He’s not out of the woods, the road to recovery will be long and strenuous.

There is so much on TaraDawns plate at the moment and so much to process as she sits by her surviving son’s side. We need your help. I know times are tough but, it’s unlikely you will ever experience this kind of tough.

TaraDawn is a single mother and has dedicated her life to her boys. Even with loss of two of her kindhearted, precious sons, she remarkably has forgiveness and compassion in her heart. Bless her. Bless her with whatever you can.
