We serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including folks with Down syndrome and autism. Your donation is fully tax-deductible.
Who We Are
Our participants are adults, each with their own story and their own spark. Some have Down syndrome, some have autism — and every single one of them shows up ready to take on the day.
They might move a little slower or learn things a little differently — but their joy, their heart, and their love for life is as big as anyone’s. They work hard every day — making friends, learning new skills, and finding their place in this community.
We offer structured daily activities, social skills training, life skills development, and community outings — because every person, no matter their ability, deserves a full life and a place in this world.
Here’s Where We Need Your Help
Every time we take our folks out, our staff have to use their own personal cars — 7-seat SUVs with high floors and tight back seats. For participants with limited mobility, getting in is tough. Getting out is harder. Some simply cannot step down on their own — our staff lift and support them every single time.
For our participants with autism, being cramped into an unfamiliar car is genuinely stressful. And splitting everyone across two or three vehicles means less consistency, less supervision, and a lot more that can go wrong.
Y’all, this isn’t the way it should be. These folks deserve better.
Our Goal
We’re raising money to buy a used 15-passenger van. Nothing fancy — just something reliable that gets everyone where they need to go, together.
Same vehicle, same staff, same routine — every outing. No more struggling to climb in and out. No more splitting up. Just a group of wonderful people heading to the park, grabbing lunch, joining community events — the everyday experiences that mean the world to them.
