Supporting baby Daniel and his family

Donation protected

On Friday, June 25th, Sarah Sangregorio's 19 month old son Daniel was diagnosed with brain cancer.

The good news is that all of the current tumor was removed, but it is malignant and aggressive. It’s called atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor or AT/RT. The survival rate is 40% to 50%, so they are going to be heading into treatment in the next two weeks and hitting it hard and fast. Right now, Sarah, husband Mike, and of course, Daniel need prayers and good thoughts as they face a lot of unknowns and a difficult journey ahead.

As Sarah shared, "we are very lucky to have the best of the best on our care team, to have a circle of family and friends to lean on, and a very strong little boy who overcame 20% odds to come into this world and will fight with us behind him every step of the way."

We started a go fund me campaign to help support Sarah and her family, as Daniel will be undergoing chemo/radiation therapy for an entire year, requiring overnight stays, numerous treatment visits, and time off from work. Please consider making a small donation.
