Supporting Pam and her Triplet Daughters
Hello,
I started this fundraiser to support my coworker and friend Pam. When Pam found out she was pregnant with triplets, surprise doesn’t even begin to describe how she felt. This has been a very difficult pregnancy for her compounded by the restrictions in place due to CoVid. On June 10, 2021 Pam went into labour at Mt. Sinai at just 25 weeks. Her daughters were born all weighing approximately 1lb 12 oz and they have a long road ahead.
Currently, the triplets are in Mt. Sinai for the foreseeable future getting specialized care in the NICU. This is such a hardship for Pam and her family as she is still healing, caring for another young child and her eldest son. Pam has to travel back and fourth to see her girls and ensure they have an ongoing supply of breast milk to sustain them. The costs of gas, parking, meals to care for the triplets as well as ensuring they have all of the things they need to come home is causing hardship for the family. They have also applied to Ronald McDonald house to remain close to the girls, but there is also a nightly cost for this.
My hope is this fundraiser will alleviate the financial burden for this family right now and they can focus on watching their daughters grow ❤️ Anything helps, thank you!
